In a move that’s rattled the entire alcohol supply chain, three major alcohol companies (including a wine giant and two massive distributors) are pulling out of California or cutting hundreds of jobs. Over 2,000 layoffs have already been confirmed.  Image

3 Alcohol Companies Suddenly Exit California with 2,000+ Layoffs Confirmed

Between the people leaving and the companies leaving, the highway lanes eastbound are going to need to be temporarily widened to 4 lanes east bound. California’s long history of over regulation and taxation are catching up with the state.

All of the poor misguided Liberals who had their insurance cancelled and subsequently got burned out of their homes thanks to failed DEI leadership of Newsome and his pet monkey subordinates...... should have created enough demand to keep the hard liquor industry booming in La La Land...?

Excellent point! Kind of like...if you like cannabis, smoke it. if you don't. don't.

Also just heard this morning that "In and Out Burger" is taking their headquarters out of California and at least one location in Oakland has closed down due to the rampant crime levels there.  That's over 500 more jobs lost to that socialist state as they join so many other giant corporations that have abandoned that corrupt state.
They join such corporate giants as Chevron, Tesla, Oracle, HP, Starlink, VRBO, Affrim, Charles Schwab, Toyota, Twitter, and dozens more!
Why Did 352 California Companies Flee to Other States in Three Years?
By Katy Grimes, May 29, 2023

The state’s population also dropped by more than 500,000 people between April 2020 and July 2022, with the number of residents leaving surpassing those moving in by nearly 700,000, the Globe reported in February.Economist Art Laffer and Chapman Economics Professor James Doti lay out the numbers at the OC Register, and rightly declare that Gov. “Newsom doesn’t appear to see is the deleterious long-term effects of a highly progressive tax system. Case in point: The ‘one-percenters’ who pay 50% of the tax are voting with their feet by leaving California in droves.”
But have the socialist politicians there learned ANYTHING yet?
NOPE!
Presidential hopeful Gavin Newsome just raised the California gas tax again, and gas prices will rise even further by next year when two of their refineries, owned by Philips 66 and Valero both close down, all for the sake of their phony "climate change" agenda.

Should we blame the politicians for destroying that state, or is it nothing more than the idiot voters that are getting exactly what they voted for as they cater to the criminals, the drug addicts, the hundreds of thousands of homeless living on the streets, and the illegals who get such ridiculous benefits as free food, free healthcare, free education, and free cash payments.

Isn't if obvious that the richest Californians and most of the middle class are fleeing in droves?
Don't expect any sympathy from me, because they've gotten exactly what they deserve!

Funny thing is, the pot farms have become a huge target for ICE, as they're finding not only illegals working on them, but many of the child traffickers that Biden's'' stupidity lost in this country!

And of course, Idiot Newsome attacked Trump for the raid that uncovered those children being used as slaves!
Newsom on ‘Newscum’ nickname: Trump’s ‘the real scum’
=15pxby Miriam Waldvogel=15px - 07/11/25 California Gov. Gavin Newsom (D) took to social media Thursday to bash a federal immigration raid on a large cannabis farm in Southern California, where agents clashed with protesters and sprayed tear gas.“Trump calls me ‘Newscum’ — but he’s the real scum,” Newsom wrote on X in response to a video from KTLA of protesters and apparent targets of the raid running from tear gas sprayed by officers in Camarillo, Calif.Trump administration officials hit back at the governor’s comment.“Why are there children working at a marijuana facility, Gavin?” the account for the Department of Homeland Security replied.Customs and Border Protection Commissioner Rodney Scott said 10 minors in the country illegally were found at the facility, which he said is “now under investigation for child labor violations.”“This is Newsom’s California,” Scott wrote.

Those Eastbound lanes are in the direction of my beloved state. Over the last 4 years, we have had 158k Californians that moved to Las Vegas. Our population, in just Las Vegas, is only 670k. So 158k is a huge number for us. We don't want them. They **** up their own state, so now what? They think it's okay to **** up ours?
