And this neighborhood starting get kinda ghetto.
When old folks dies off house gets sold subdivided 2/3 apartments upstairs & downstairs becomes a Sec 8 Rental
The Blacks and Mexicans come with the Boom Boom Rap and Spanish Music.
NEXT the Drug Sales and the Cops cruising around all the time.
