I am not an expert in all types of firearms.  There other posters, like Skins, who are more educated and experienced with that. They are one's who cold recommend firearms for you or discuss some obscure weapon from the early 1900s.  I know laws, how to find them and apply them.  I know history of certain firearms.  I understand ammo.  I also know the weapons I own.  And I understand safety.

BV thinks 9 mm FMJ should be banned because it was optimized for combat.  I say let's support him.  I mean, how many of you actually carry FMJ for defense?  The cheap round is good for the range.

ANd we still get to carry our more powerful defense rounds that hare hollow points, +P, and polymer.

Thanks BV for allowing us the more power round.  Although he is speaking of an actual firearm he now claims he meant the round.

In the interest of full disclosure any semi auto pistol or revolver I have I have the associated defense rounds. That would be 9 mil, 40, and .45 Colt.  Hey, I even have hollow points for the .22L Walther PPK.

For the .45 ACP (BV, google the difference between 45 Colt and 45 ACP} I am carrying FMJ simply because I have not decided on a defense round and hey, it is a 45. Makes one hell of hole.

For the Henry .45 Lever Action Big boy I have defense rounds.

ANd for the shot guns I have everything from 12 gauge to Sabot to slugs to even a few dragons breath. (Google it)

I have cheap, optimized for the military, FMY for all the non shotguns.
