Typical Israel move. Finding ways to circumvent the meaning of genocide by committing genocide in a more atypical manner. Instead of deliberately targeting the civilians by lining them up and shooting them, Israel avoids the genocide label by strategically starving them and preventing life saving aid. This method provides Israel a shield from a formal label of genocide. 

And of course, The US does nothing.

Even now, as Israel starves civilians and shoots many of those who try to obtain what little food is available, Democrats are either calling what Israel is doing a strategic mistake or using the passive voice to describe an “unfolding” famine. And always there’s the reiteration of Israel’s right to defend itself against Hamas, even though that has nothing to do with Israel’s humanitarian obligations under international law. Former President Barack Obama, a gifted writer, released an evasive statement that starts with a throat-clearing caveat calling for “a return of all hostages” and refuses to name Israel as the agent behind the starvation of Gaza. No Democratic leader in Congress has called for the United States to cut ties with Israel, nor do they acknowledge that Israel unilaterally withdrew from the ceasefire with Hamas.

Quite striking what gets mentioned first, as is the use of the passive voice.

While a lasting resolution to the crisis in Gaza must involve a return of all hostages and a cessation of Israel’s military operations, these articles underscore the immediate need for action to be taken to prevent the travesty of innocent people dying of preventable starvation.

Witnessing the catastrophic hunger and suffering of civilians, especially children, women, the sick and elderly, in Gaza has been heartbreaking. The crisis in Gaza must be met with an immediate and drastic surge in life-saving resources, such as desperately needed food, water, and medicine–including therapeutic foods for those suffering from severe malnutrition. It is our collective moral duty to ensure that humanitarian relief reaches those who need it most urgently.

The strategy of the Gaza Humanitarian Foundation has not worked. Proven methods to get humanitarian aid to those in need while preventing diversion to Hamas must be used to flood the zone now. Every moment of delay will cost lives and cause irreparable harm to the health of children, pregnant women, and other civilians.

We must do all we can to address the humanitarian crisis in Gaza as part of the strategy to save lives, decrease Hamas’s influence and capabilities, release all remaining hostages, strengthen Israel’s security, and ultimately end this war. These goals are not mutually exclusive, rather they go hand-in-hand

Sort of. The last election they had was in 2005. Hamas duped the people. They fooled them in thinking that they were going to liberate them. As soon as they got elected in 2005, they immediately cancelled all general elections. They have been tyrants since.

They don’t consider Jesus the Messiah, don’t believe in the resurrection

Don’t believe that Jesus was a prophet, or the son of God

They don’t think that his birth was of any significance

Other than that … they are on the same team?

Correct. This surprises many people. The Islamic understanding of “Messiah” differs from the Christian concept. In Islam, this title means that Jesus was chosen by God for a special mission, but it does not imply divinity or that he is the Son of God.

Trump is turning some of this around, but he's still an Israeli bootlicker.

Religious group surveys show that jews are the most in agreement with the freak pronoun movement. They are also number one in accepting transsexuals. They are near/at the top in gun control, abortion advocacy, and other perversions.
