Ya got 15 months MAGA before a Dem controlled house and senate take control. The number of seats that appear desitined to flip blue grows daily.

Anyone who's argument here  is that dems just suck will get the Ronjul Face Ban. Tell me why they suck too.  I think everyone here agrees our governement is broken and both sides of our political equation are shyt in the aisle.  I am willing to vote for Republicans who are seeking a good outcome for thier constituents instead of thier cash flow.  I am not going to rubber stamps dems who do the same either.

I get branded as a dem liberal by many here.  I do apologize.  I was born by the beltway the year the beltway opened and grew up in a fully implemented civil rights act in the blue bubble of blabber.  I have emigrated into a sea of red in Maryland and many of you know I despise crossing the Chesapeake Bay Bridge.  I grew up with 100 square miles of fields, streams, and farmland what was once a 35 minute drive ( now at least 60+ minutes on a good traffic day) from the Washington Monument. Tooday the entire place is housing.  I have shared I went from reading the Cap'n Crunch Cereal Box to "Nixon Resigns" on the front page of the Washington Post at a very young age. My childhood brainwashing is being overcome by reasonable ones here (this is the least echoing chambber on the internet) and the neighborhood of dumb *** redhats I live in. I recognize I do have to achieve some conservatism in my policy.

Please,  None of the back and forth bullshyt debate about who debates what.  You'll get the peanuts.  This means you too BV.  Y'alls dumb shyt is a worhtless distraction from the data of the matta... Let's get down to business of being the people who vote.  I will by everybody a catdog burger on November the 4th 2026.

Since I dated myself in the OP, I will share my first election was in 1982. I have no idea who or what I voted for. I really didn't pay close attention until Obama came around. But this is my 21st bi anal errr.. election I will particpate in. I have some knowledge of past elections which helps in the predicative process. I registered Dem because Mom was.  Dad shifted blue in his elder years.  The beltway was and still is a blue stronghold.  Ppeople are educated and informed there.

If you can share anything about your voting career it would be appreciated. But I realize there may be reluctance in this environment to risk a dox. I am willing to. To be a Quite Frankly.. I give a damn and am actually considering launching a campaign here in District 1 for US House Congresssional Seat. I would be in to win even if the chances are slim, but it probably pays better than refrigeratiion engineer and might help people more. I realize it comes with condiderable personal risk but at my age I am willing to try and bring some sanity and keep my eyes focused on the US Enter Prize. I have had a good life. I owe it to the young people to help them have one too.  After all, on the current trajectory, I will need them to keep me alive in a safety net.

If there is any wealthy benefactor out there that wants to provide an initial campaign donation so I can try please reach out. I will charge my campaign 50$ an hour for my efforts and fully publish all financial records regarding expenditures. Job One on my platform is get the money out of leadership. We have a ton of poor smart people in this country who could be effective leaders and combat the greedy oligarchal billionaire disaster in the que.
 
 
 

Well I coudn't even afford the sticky thread. My campaign has already gone to shyt.

All I can say is "Live Free or Die" takes on a very deep meaning with me in the ModernPocalypse and resonates in my soul. Mine is quantumly entangled with life and death anyway and I firmly believe in quantum immortality and even death is not certian. It appears to me Eternal Taxation without Representation is quite possible.

A waiting period of three phooking days in a cold cave for ressurrectiion sounds ridiculous in this age. There should be an alive/dead app on our devices.
