I’d like to see a Constitutional reset.  Go back to the original precepts of liberty and limited government.  A document that limits government and not its people.

It was always a rip-off.
 Colleges should be forced to repay ALL students (with or without school debt) for at least half of what they charged.
 Faculties and staffs are way over-paid. Fire them. Besides, America has too many colleges and universities.
 Half should be shuttered and sold-off for apartment living or turned into parks.

Isn't it convenient that the fundamental reason for most of your ire is confined to a single group?

When you give it some thought, it really is a version of of the old quote:
"Show me the man and I'll find you the crime."

Swap group for man.

"Openly allow" is a pretty awkward term. It implies we have some choice in the matter. 

Have you seen any "no (insert ethnicity here) need apply" signs hanging outside of financial advice offices?
