Based on information from the U.S. Census Bureau and related sources, the decennial census is designed to count every resident in the United States, regardless of legal status. This includes citizens, non-citizen legal residents, temporary migrants like students, humanitarian migrants like refugees, and unauthorized migrants. The Census Bureau does not ask about a person's legal status directly.

It would be beneficial for the country but unfortunately it wold be unconstitutional.

Sounds like you need a Constitutional Amendment. When a POTUS can do that by Executive Order we've overcooked the Democratic Republic expirement.
