I mean, I guess I can sort of understand what they are saying, but it's not easy. They were born here. How do they not know how to speak properly? . They use verbs in the wrong tense or they will cut out a syllable in a word...etc...

I am not referring to blacks. I am speaking of ghetto blacks only.

Look more at Hip Hop Rap Music ..

Older blacks speak more normal but younger ones talk all "Hood" or Gangsta slang words instead of English

How come Trump said the President of Liberia speaks very good English?  Was it because he did not know that English was the official language of Liberia?
