Good point.  I don't believe he will.  Even if he went to trial his defense would use in cognitive decline as his defense.

What I am curious about is if the eggheads will have the balls to publish a survey early next year.  If Biden is still 13 or higher we now the fix is in.

Nah, it is about Businesses investing in the USA.  I saw a headline about it, went to google to look up how many businesses have done this, and I believe that was the first hit.
