AND...WHY you might ask?

MANY of NYC's rich & elites have ALREADY LEFT NYC... BECAUSE of the THREAT of an election of a Communist as mayor...  ADD to that the NY Stock Exchange  is ALREADY making plans to LEAVE NY and move to Miami !  AS WE SPEAK !!

...and, If this COMMUNIST "dip-****" is elected, and starts implementing Communist Policy?  In a city that is ALREDY the most TAXED city in America?  MOST other industry will leave, and ANYONE in NYC with HALF a brain will leave, and NYC will be left with prospects of RUNNING a city the size of NYC... without HALF or MORE of the cities past tax revenue, CRIME will EXPLODE, and POVERTY will SKYROCKET !!  It will come to a point where the ONLY people remaining in NYC, will be the people who CAN NOT leave... and the city will ONLY spiral DOWNWARD, until the policy and Mayor is REMOVED...

THEN, once the Communist is removed... the WEALTH will NOT come back to NYC, and it will take YEARS fr NYC to recover in ANY measurable way !

ALL of that will be DEFINING MOMENT for America and Americans... and THAT will be: 1) That Communism DOES NOT WORK,  2) That the Democrat party is a bunch of IDIOTS, and 3) NO ONE with a BRAIN will ever vote Democrat (or whatever socialist based party that follows) EVER again !!

The problem is NYC is well on their way.  It is the city council that determines what the Mayor does.  For instance, Adams wanted to remove Sanctuary City status but the city council refuses.

Probably true... BUT, what is ALREADY under way, is that the WEALTHY are LEAVING NYC, and relocating to the south... MANY to Florida ! 

Miami has ALREADY given the NY Stock Exchange a GREEN LIGHT to come to Miami (I think it was Miami )... suffice to say, "IF" NYC elects a Communist... who has TOLD the WORLD he would DO in NYC what Communists do... NYC will become a basket case within a few years... and it WILL ALL be blamed on the Democrat Party (a.k.a. "the NEW American Communist Party")... and that is just a FACT !

I don't see the Democrat Party lasting very long after that !  WHY?  Because MANY Americans WANT to be given things for NOTHING... BUT, they ALSO WANT their rights & freedoms as well... and LIKE it or not, 99.99% of America is STILL pro Democracy & pro Freedom, and WILL NOT help NYC CREATE a Communist enclave in NYC... AND... it will NOT succeed on it's own UNLESS they have COMPLETE CONTROL of the people... and because they are STILL Americans... THEY will quickly REBEL... and the Democrat Party (which is ALREADY on life support)... will DIE with NYC's Communist experiment !

2)  CLOSING the BORDERS,

It has been degraded for sure... BUT until now... the NY Stock Exchange, along with many rich, financial elites stayed... POSSIBLY out of Historical Reverence?  have stayed... BUT, this might well be the LAST STRAW !  A FULL BLOOD COMMUNIST as Mayor of NYC?

IF the NY Stock exchange moves to Miami... it will THEN be the MIAMI Stock Exchange, MIAMI will be the Business capital of the WORLD, HUNDREDS of the Richest people in the world will LEAVE NYC for Miami... and NYC will have SHOT ITSELF in the head !

FROM THERE... A city that ALREADY CAN'T maintain order, CAN'T keep it's citizens safe, CAN'T address the drugs, graft, or crime... Will CERTAINLY LOSE 2nd tier businesses, the middle class, and skilled laborers... and ALL that will be left will be the riff-raff wanting MORE, but producing NOTHING... NYC will QUICKLY descend into a DEATH spiral, and the BUTT of WORLD WIDE jokes...

Then, NYC will soon thereafter rival Detroit... as one of the MOST PATHETIC examples of Democrat Party "Ideals", and Communist Polices... EVER manifested... and EVEN MORE ex-Democrats will look toward Donald Trump and the REPUBLICAN Party for the answers... BECAUSE BY THEN, it will be OBVIOUS that the Democrat Party has NO GOOD ANSWERS... for ANYTHING !!
