D.C is under direct federal jurisdiction, so it can be federalized outright. However, other cities belong in the sovereign domain. I was just wondering what the law says about federalizing parts of some cities that are a cesspool of crime such as Detroit, Baltimore, parts of Chicago, and LA. 

My solution is to not just federalize these areas, but also to bring in zookeepers. Instead of building more prisons, they should build zoos. They can make it a tourist attraction. It would bring in revenue for the rest of the city. Kids can go on field trips and there can even be animal shows...like they do in Seaworld.

I saw a headline it is testing a 150 year old law..

Can I build a zoo for MAGA species? Iowa sure could use the revenue seeing as all the farmers goit jacked by the trade war.

They feed people to hogs to make social security checks, I don't know why.. there is plenty of extra feed. Must be easier to tell the guy to just crawl in the trough.

You better hope there isn't a free and fair election in 14 months.

I am sure you already know it is rigged if you lose.. Wait for it..  let's start a pool.. What day before the election will that slogan start flying?

I don't think the Fed Gov can just federalize city unless they are imposing martial law.

Normally, the Governor would activate the troops and request federal support from the Fed.

Is your solution copywritten, patented, or trademarked so you collect royalties/taxes from everyone using that solution as a reality until extinction?
