This isn't about domestic abuse and USSC rulings that upheld that ban. 

This is about citizens protecting their property from thugs and mobs.

BV, I don't think you will watch this but it is more in depth about the incident.  I accept the fact you do not support the right of law abiding citizens to defend themselves and their property with firearms.  You would much rather have seen the owner, and employees, injured or worse, dead, than support their right to use a firearm in self defense.

I guess it will depend on how the lawyers are able to argue the fact he was in fear of sever bodily harm or death. He doesn't have to prove he was, the prosecution has to prove he wasn't.
