 Fueled by President Donald Trump’s gains among men, younger voters, and Latinos in 2024, more new voters nationwide chose to be Republicans than Democrats for the first time since 2018, according to a report from the New York Times which relies on voter registration data compiled by L2, a nonpartisan data firm, Perhaps more troubling for Democrats, the data suggests Democrat Party activists can no longer rely on the party’s tried-and-true methods to reverse the trend, leaving panicked party leaders and pundits unsure how to resurrect the party’s electoral prospects.

 The numbers are staggering.

 “Of the 30 states that track voter registration by political party, Democrats lost ground to Republicans in every single one between the 2020 and 2024 elections — and often by a lot,” the report reads. “That four-year swing toward the Republicans adds up to 4.5 million voters, a deep political hole that could take years for Democrats to climb out from.”

 No states – red, blue, or purple – are immune to the trend. More voters are choosing to be Republicans.

 “All told, Democrats lost about 2.1 million registered voters between the 2020 and 2024 elections in the 30 states, along with Washington, D.C., that allow people to register with a political party,” the report adds. “(In the remaining 20 states, voters do not register with a political party.) Republicans gained 2.4 million.”

That bill contained not only funding for additional border security and more money to deport the tens of thousands of Biden's illegals, but also codified Trump's 2019 tax cut and his new tax cut for the poor and middle class alone that eliminated the tax on Social Security, tips, and overtime.  Even the dumbest Democrats can't claim that THAT is a "tax cut for the rich", even though they'll no doubt try!

But 15 months is a lifetime in politics.  The policies that will cement the Republican vote are still to come.  That will likely take the form of providing the rebates that Trump has already spoke of, and the release of the Epstein files which the public is clamoring for.  In addition, what will continue to be revealed over the next year is how the Biden administration lied about the crime numbers which he fraudulently lowered to fool the public prior to the last election, and his lies about jobs and the economy, which he purposely inflated to show he created 400,000 new jobs in the last quarter before the 2024 election which was proven false and covered up the fact that there were actually jobs LOST in that quarter.  They'll be no more attempts to buy the youth vote with his illegal promises to wipe out their college debt, and we're sure to see the price of gas drop over the next year along with the drop in the crime rate as tens of thousands of illegals are deported, which is where Trump has huge support for his successes in that area.  And possibly the biggest boost will come when Trump negotiates a peace deal for Russia and Ukraine, which will undoubtedly give him the Nobel Peace Prize for helping to end at least 6 ongoing wars in just a year!

So keep your power dry, Jerrab.  It's not looking very bright from your perspective in the coming months.

Dims don't stand a chance. They are less favorable now among the people than they were before the election...and that is saying something. They haven't changed. They got worse. It will be another landslide for the Republicans.

Forecasts have never been more useless than right now, especially when compiled by the Hate Trump media.  
There is no way to accurately predict the strength of the economy when the next year will bring about many more trade deals that Trump will be negotiating, how the Fed will handle the pressure of the interest rate cut that Trump has been demanding, how unemployment will benefit as tens of thousands of new jobs will open up from businesses moving here combined with the deportation of tens of thousands of illegals, many who held jobs that will become vacant.  That's far too many variables to make a prediction with any accuracy.

Do you think Trump will be sitting on his hands for the next 15 months?  He's already directed the Republicans in Congress to push through another $9 billion in spending cuts that will certainly force the interest rate lower, while also planning to cut over 100,000 useless federal bureaucrats off the payroll..  Sanctions on Russia could also bring higher demand for energy coming from the US to replace Russian oil until that war is settled.

Until the dust settles on all that, your fervent hope for an economic collapse before next November is nothing but a dream.
