So, the FINE has been thrown out... and even though Trump was convicted (by a CORRUPT NY state Jury)... the legal team was NOT BRAVE enough to actually sentence trump (because the trial could then be appealed)... and THAT would lead to it's being TOSSED, Just like the FINE just was !!

AND NOW... with Leticia James ALSO being investigated for Real Estate fraud (but the evidence her case is ALREADY DAMNING... and bordering on a SLAM DUNK case... I think Leticia is in a WORLD of HURT !!  A NY Attorney General, attacking and legally prosecuting a popular Political icon, and now President of the United States, for violations of "Real Estate Law"... that resulted in all loans being paid back in FULL, and even "Deutche Banc" would NOT find fault for... AND NOW, for HER to how be accused of VERY SIMILAR violations, and probably MORE EGREGIOUS than Trumps...

For NOW... because this was a lawsuit without a victim... Leticia James brought the lawsuit without the Bank in question (i.e. Deutche Banc) EVER having any problems with the deal... James claimed that the house was "over valued"... and THAT was the basis of her lawsuite... BUT, it's a VERY SPECIAL property, a PROPERTY THAT: 1)  Is a ONE of a kind historic estate and private club in Palm Beach, Florida.2)  Was built by Marjorie Merriweather Post, heiress to the Post cereal fortune.3)  The property stretches from the Atlantic Ocean to the Intracoastal Waterway (two beaches).4)  Declared a National Historic Landmark in 1980.
5)  NOW is also (forever more) Donald trumps "winter White House, and where he has hosted foreign leaders and conducted official business.

Leticia James tried to value the property as if it were an "average" property in order to BRING the law-suite.  BUT, Deutche Banc did their own valuation, and GRANTED Trump the loan... what's more, Trump repaid the loan, Deutche Banc was COMPLETELY HAPPY with the deal, and is on the record saying they would DEFINITELY do business with Donald Trump again... SO, Leticia James INSERTED herself into a business deal, which she knew NOTHING about, for the SOLE REASON of trying to Destroy & Defame Donald Trump, Stop his re-election, and END his political career... NEEDLESS to say, SHE FAILED...

Until November 4, 2024... the Democrat Party and the Washington establishment was the "hunter", and Donald Trump was the "hunted"... ON THAT DAY houever, the Democrats FAILED... and NOW, the Democrat Party is the HUNTED, and Donald Trump is the HUNTER !

I don't think the Democrats survive this... NOR SHOULD THEY !!  Donald Trump has EVERY RIGHT to GO FOR THE THROAT, and END these BASTARDS !  ...and I think that is EXACTLY what he will do !!!

They threw it out because it violated the 8th amendment, excessive fines and punishment.
