I never said they were the same. I said Trump played a major role in creating this conflict - and he did. He was the first to send (FOR FREE, BY THE WAY) offensive weapons to Coupkraine. He was the first to put crippling sanctions on Russia's economy.

This proxy war's blueprint - as outlined LONG before the war in a policy paper from Brookings Institute - was to WEAPONIZE UKRAINE (That's Trump right there - the first president to do it), and to cripple Russia's economy (That's Trump right there - the first president to institute serious sanctions).

Obama did his part, Trump did his part, and Biden did his part. And it failed. And now it falls to Trump - who IMO is the absolute perfect person for the job - to wind down this failed attempt on Russia's sovereignty with as little damage to the US as possible. And if you look at who the losers are, it's Europe, not the US.

But never lose sight of the fact that the loser was SUPPOSED to be Russia - and Europe was supposed to come out clean, picking the bones. Trump is simply instituting plan b - leave the europeans holding the bag.
