reminds me of the REZ I used to drive through...they built a casino and profits went into single family dwellings in the woods off of Lake Mille Lacs...
brand new buildings where they removed the copper wiring and plumbing for cash, the lap siding was used for heat and piles of trash accumulated under the windows that opened...
