Twitter was a private company. I never agree with canceling speech, but I also will never agree with society or the government telling a private company how to operate. Private companies have a right to censor who they want. This happens across the political spectrum, not just Twitter. I have heard from many popular conservatives and Fox news that Musk is some kind of hero because he saved free speech by buying Twitter...as if Twitter was written in the first amendment or something.

Most of these big companies are woke now, so they censor conservative views. Facebook, Google, Youtube, etc...all woke. However, they are also all private companies. They can do what the hell they want. There is no law against conservatives creating similar platforms, so they can express their views as well.

Musk is not a hero. He didn't save the first amendment. Stop pretending he is the savior of our constitutional rights.

He broke the back of a progressively run stronghold with blunt force.

Just like progressives are the spinal meningitis in MSM and Hollywood.

Two different ways to destroy a backbone. All private corporations.
You can't pretend they don't heavily influence public opinion (be they oh-so-privately owned).
Please seat yourself.
