It is illegal for the president to deploy federal law enforcement into other cities other than DC. DC is under the jurisdiction of the federal government.

However, some cities have been a cesspool of violent crime for decades. The states governors don't do anything. Should there be a point where we say enough is enough? Clean up these damn places.

Some people think it takes a dictator. Do you have one?

Seems some folks thought Jan 6th 2021 was that point in time and space.

10 U.S.C. 333: When Can Federal Troops Be Deployed?Notable historical applications include President Dwight D. Eisenhower’s 1957 deployment of the 101st Airborne Division to Little Rock, Arkansas, to enforce federal desegregation orders and President John F. Kennedy’s 1962 intervention at the University of Mississippi to ensure James Meredith’s enrollment despite violent resistance. These instances demonstrate the federal government’s role in upholding constitutional protections when states fail to act.

Beyond civil rights enforcement, federal troops have been deployed in response to large-scale riots and natural disasters that overwhelm state and local authorities. In 1992, President George H.W. Bush sent military forces to Los Angeles following the Rodney King riots, citing the inability of local law enforcement to restore order. While the Posse Comitatus Act generally restricts military involvement in domestic law enforcement, 10 U.S.C. 333 provides a legal pathway when public safety is at risk and state resources are insufficient.

So, let's recap the Ignorance here...shall we.

AI Overview

The Posse Comitatus Act is a federal law enacted in 1878 that prohibits the use of U.S. military personnel to enforce domestic laws, except in circumstances expressly authorized by the Constitution or other acts of Congress. This law creates a clear separation between the military and domestic civilian law enforcement to protect individual liberties and prevent military overreach into civilian affairs. While originally applying only to the Army and Air Force, its principles are widely understood to apply more broadly, though there are specific exceptions for tasks like counter-drug operations and disaster relief.

Well are you trolling to see if dems are planning anything?

Obama said they need to get out of the fetal position and start some political Jujitsu.

Newsom stepped up, He is  trolling Trump like a house on fire. Right down to mimicking the MAGA Brand for Him on Merch. There was a Mug Newsom 2026..  Trump said Pritzker was fat and out of shape.  Prizker replied "It takes one to know one"

I can't watch MAGA feed shyt very long before my brain starts oozing out of brain in shame any human would lie like they do.   I do choose the liberal feed.  There is a sentiment Democrats have been complacent and that The Constitution would hold the social order.  I think Trump spray painted it orange. Newsom's trolling was well recieved in the bubble.

Trump is attacking blue cities. 6 of the top ten crime rates are in red states..

But I believe Trump wants to just clean up the crime in general in some cities. It's not in response to a riot or any one major event.

Another example of a Democrat that manipulates statistics to try and shade the facts.....the real fact is that contained within those red states are blue cities full of ghetto trash that have Democrat mayors....you and BV are the enemy of truth.

I say leave it up to the citizens... IF they citizens of a certain city WANT safe streets... then THAT should "TRUMP" corrupt politicians !!
AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

Inner city people don't need to live they way they were living....they deserve freedom of movement too

their families need to be safe...it's selfish of all Americans to have let that happen in the first place

No more gangs and drug dealers killing and **** their kids up...

I am extremely happy for them and they are happy too now.

Saw a lady who was in tears because for the first time in over a decade she could ride around DC with her car windows down

how many levels of governance are there in humanity controlling ancestral outcomes daily so far between personally adapting to the moment and arriving in hell or heaven after personally dead?

sole position occupying time daily here.
fertilized cell to birth.
son or daughter to 2 parents, grandchild of 4 grandparents, great grandchild of 8 great grandparents, great great grandchild of 16 great great grandparents.
family home.
neighborhood.
town hall/local church.
political city council/spiritual diocese
county seat/archdiocese
state capital/Ecclesiastical Province
federal capital/global church

Common denominator, context governing content misleading generations currently alive within this species about how evolving actually works naturally here.
