Each of those blades has killed hundreds or thousands of birds over its "useful" lifespan - many of which are endangered. The birds most likely to use the same flight paths of these sluicing machines are raptors like hawks and eagles. Storklike birds such as herons and pelicans are next on the list of at-risk birds from wind turbines. 

The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service warns that fatalities are an increasing risk as the critically endangered California Condor population's activities near wind projects rises. The Wind Energy Condor Action Team (WECAT), uses technology such as GPS tracking and geofencing to detect condors near wind farms and temporarily shut down turbines. So you have an already intermittent source being made even LESS reliable because it threatens a critically endangered bottom feeder.Ya can't make this kind of **** up. The left is an everlasting gobstopper of unintentional irony generation.

At least they have the truckers they need to polute the rural areas with gaint blades.

The AB60 license refers to ALL drivers licenses issued under Assembly Bill 60 - not to CDLs. Most of the AB60 licenses are to regular automobile drivers.

There are less than 1.4 million CDLs in the entire country. 600,000 of them aren't illegals. 

Also, I suspect that guy was breaking the law in every state he drove through on that license, and his carrier is in on it. There's gonna be a smidgen of liability for THOSE cock suckers. He was hauling produce from cali - he and his brother have been fired.
