Provide a forumula for geo centering a population on an area
To geocenter a population, you would use a
population-weighted centroid formula. This is a weighted average of the coordinates of smaller sub-regions within a larger area, where the weight for each sub-region is its population. The calculation is performed separately for the latitude and longitude coordinates.
Guess what: The forumula also works for the center of gravity of a mass. If you can get above the two dimensions equally spaced in divisive dysfunctionality for 4 out of 5 elections.
