I am not a fan of the federal government infringing on the state. But can we be reasonable? The citizens of LA need protection. The city, and state, have an obligation to protect their communities. The governors and mayors have repeatedly failed at this for decades. They aren't doing their job. Why should the safety of innocent civilians and small businesses be jeopardized because the state won't fulfill their obligations to which their constituents demanded?
Donald Trump and administration officials violated the law by deploying the National Guard to Los Angeles in response to protests against his anti-immigration agenda, a federal judge in California ruled. The president’s troop deployment violated the Posse Comitatus Act of 1878, which prohibits “the use of the U.S. military to execute domestic law,” according to Tuesday’s decision from District Judge Charles Breyer.Nearly 140 years later, Trump and Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth deployed the National Guard and a cadre of U.S. Marines to Los Angeles, “ostensibly to quell a rebellion and ensure that federal immigration law was enforced,” Breyer wrote.“There were indeed protests in Los Angeles, and some individuals engaged in violence. Yet there was no rebellion, nor was civilian law enforcement unable to respond to the protests and enforce the law,” he added.Following a brief bench trial last month, the judge determined that the administration illegally and “systematically used armed soldiers (whose identity was often obscured by protective armor) and military vehicles to set up protective perimeters and traffic blockades, engage in crowd control, and otherwise demonstrate a military presence in and around Los Angeles.”“In short, Defendants violated the Posse Comitatus Act,” Breyer wrote.Trump illegally sent National Guard to Los Angeles, federal judge rules

The left doesn't care if innocent people get hurt or killed.  This is all about power to the commie dems.

The dems are useless, corrupt, and dangerous due to their agenda and stupidity.

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

I believe Donald Trump dealt the Democrat Party another DEATH blow, when he LEGALLY sent Nation Guard troops into Washington DC...  HE had the RIGHT to do that, because DC is administered by the Federal Government, and it was appropriate that he took action to "fix" DC, in the face of rampant crime, the city trying to falsify crime records, and to make it appear like CRIME was better than it was !

But NOW... DC has been a MASSIVE Victory for Trump... because Murder and CRIME in THAT big cities IS NOT JUST a matter of "LIFE"... it's a CHOICE made by Democrat Politicians to HAVE IT, or NOT, and the Democrats have decided to "HAVE IT"... and Donald Trump has said... NOT SO FAST... and NOW, people are starting to wake UP !!

AND THAT was the LAST thing that complicit and CORRUPT Democrat Mayors and leaders wanted... NOW... it's ANOTHER victory for TRUMP... and YET ANOTHER black eye for Democrats !!!

Not my quote.

I see you are deflecting though. Well done.  :die:

Let's try this again. I will rearrange the words a little for you to simplify: Governors and mayors allowing violent crime = bad.

That better?

One federal judge in a communist breakaway state means absolutely nothing.

It only BARELY rises to the level of a prologue.

We are ALL gaslighted about a whole bunch of ****.

When you spot ten lies, don't think that means you're not buying twenty more.

Many of the people we THINK are truth tellers are giving us 90% truth just to sneak 10% lies in on us.
