• Invisibility to Beneficiaries: Those who hold privilege may not notice it because it feels “normal,” whereas those without it often see the disparities clearly.
• Not Universal Wealth or Success: White privilege doesn’t mean every white person is wealthy or free from hardship; it means that their race is less likely to be an additional barrier to opportunity compared to people of color.

Minorities have no **** idea how many opportunities they have that white people don't:

• They can get jobs regardless of qualifications. 
• They can get chosen for Ivy leagues over a white person if it comes down to a choice. 
• They can get government assistance that poor whites cannot.
• There a crap load of grants available for minorities only. 
• They are allowed to pull out the race card to get whatever the hell they want.
