Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kristi Noem has reportedly terminated several Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) employees for misusing government devices to access pornography during work hours. An ITOC investigation revealed that the employees breached trust and violated agency protocols. Noem emphasized that such misconduct undermines FEMA’s mission and noted that reforms are being implemented to ensure accountability and proper safeguarding of sensitive information.
Noem said, "These individuals had access to critical information and intelligence and were entrusted to safeguard Americans from emergencies—and instead they were consuming pornography."
