Afew stations still sold it the few old boat cars leftover from 1960s/1970s because those still ran on that but those are all gone nowadays.

Afew old guys still buy em up and restore them in that case there is an additive to add modern gas 4 old cars.

in the old days lead was cheap and good additive anti-knock but they didnt know any better back then

Heck old water mains are still LEAD but been a program dig em all out replace them

Allover the place ripping up the streets get rid of Lead water pipes with pre-cast concrete
