What happened to Ny Former Governor Andrew Cuomo aint he still in the NYC Mayor race as an "Independant" yet

He is and Adams is. The problem is you got Mamdani, a communist, Adams who is under bribery investigations, and Cuomo who left office early due to sexual assault allegations and the Nursing Home scandal during COVID.
