The Justice Department filed a formal complaint on Monday, accusing U.S. District Judge James Boasberg of misconduct and demanding that he be removed from a high-profile deportation case, and face reprimand.
The complaint centers on comments Boasberg reportedly made to fellow judges at a March 11 meeting of the Judicial Conference, the federal judiciary’s policymaking arm.... where Boasberg reportedly stood up at the Judges conference, going on a prolonged ANTI Trump rant, a conference where various members of the judiciary and supreme court were present... and BECAUSE of which the Justice Department, is now demanding Boasberg be investigated and referred for appropriate discipline...
“Judge Boasberg’s actions have harmed the integrity and public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary, and violated ethical obligations to promote public confidence in the integrity of the judiciary and refrain from public comments about matters pending in any court."
Judge Boasberg was appointed by Barack Obama... and should RESIGN before he's tossed out on his HEAD... the American legal system has recently become SO POLARIZED... Largely due to judicial appointments made by Barack Obama and Joe Biden... that foreign leaders have publicly suggested that the American courts be PURGED of activist judges, of that Democracy may be in jeopardy !!
