The total number of annual homicides in China is 7-8 thousand per year in a population of over 1 billion people.
The total number of annual homicides by blacks in the U.S. is 11+ thousand per year in a population of 350+ million people. (tack another 48 percent to get the number of total homicides by all of the other ethnicities)
China has 0.5 homicides per 100,000 people
The U.S. has 5.9 homicides per 100,000 people
 
 
Blacks make up 13% of the population and account for 52% of the homicides.
