I showed up "On Time" everyday overtime too

But New guy liked all the "Brothas" catered them guys didnt like me because Im a "White Guy" and having worked there afew years already I would quote "Union Rules" Policy and Procedure..

Then we sat at the Desk he lit up a cigarettes so I lit one up too He said "No Smoking" inside 

I said "Excuse" me pal whos the boss and a cigarette hang out your mouth..

Then things really went "Haywire"

I always thought I could "Sue" the Company but I also hadda buncha write ups in my file.

I cannot exactly prove this is "Reverse Racism" it my word against his..

Times have changed and new "Court Rulings" since then too..

Today it wouldnt be so hard just need a Para-Legal a Lawyer Freind then set up inside some place..

Make a "Settlement" outta Court check because be "Cheaper" 2 "Settle" than Fight it out in court infront of a "Judge"

Back when I was Driving "Shuttle Busses" my Supervisor was a "Black Lady" and she was cool eventually

Was some "Touch & Go" first afew months or so but I kept showing up passed my training phase and out on my own..

The Pay wasnt the Gr8est I asked for a "Raise" she said look love what ya doing 4 us and the Riders call say we love the new driver..

Now She said I can maybe get ya and extra Dollar or so an hour but not the "3/4" I was asking..

She then guilt "Tripped" me and said how about your "Riders" they counting on ya too

So I got a Dollar per hour "Raise" outta her and stuck around for awhile more

if you would wear a white privilege t-shirt when you go to the store and offer conversation to those big fat black cows you would see that they are actually quite charming.

start up conversations...ask one if she bathes in fish oil or is she making cheese in her pants....smile and engage

if you see one getting upset about something offer her a banana....after all you are at the grocery store

at the register if you hear one complain about EBT cuts tell her that you got a big raise on yours because you qualified for Trump's new white reparations plan....let her know that not everyone is have a hard time...

I worked at Pggly Wiggly Supermart for awhile a Gig inbetween a "Real Job" keep some ca$h coming in ..

On "Food Stamp" day they all come out load down 2/3 shopping carts full of Chips, Candy , Frozen Pizzas an Tv Dinners and cases of Soda Pop...

When they get 2 the checkout usually got some paper plates and saran wrap or toilet paper but that ya gotta pay "Ca$h" for that stuff Food Stamps Card only covers food products and often an argument ensued Id call the Manager over let him try to "Reason With Em" and explain ..

There was also the Gift Card people 6 dollars some change this one ten buck ls that one and Food Stamps Card too 

I always felt like saying "Excuse Me" before ya go shopping dont ya make a list first and know how much ya got 2 $pend...NOPE

That was in a borderline crack ghetto kinda neighborhood too and I always felt sorry for the kids.

Shopping carts full of Junk Food and Soda no Meat or Vegetables ya know Real Food
