Many people with MS can barely walk or not walk at all, and MS has a high comorbidity factor w/ chronic fatigue / neuropathy. They are all caused by an unidentified strain of Epstein-Barr virus.
This follows my adage:
If the website looks like the user interface hasn't been updated since the days of Geocities or back when MySpace was popular, it's probably legit. Otherwise it's probably outfitted with a $30K webpage redesign to sell you overpriced garbage.
