She has been doing this ranting for 20+ years?!
Yet she's pounding her head against the same wall for 15 more minutes repeating...
Acting like there's ever a real "ceasefire" is already laughable.
Cautioning the world that it's "fragile" is Capt. Obvious at his best.
Tiresome stupidity is all I see.
I appreciate this crap as much as a video instructing me how to dress to hammer a nail:
Wear safety glasses and hearing protection. Make sure to use steel toe boots and a safety belt.
