It is 100% their baby. It should be called wefare care. It is driving costs up beyond reasonable. Another stupid Democrat failure.

I have no problem seeing needy Americans getting a break from the pirates that run the insurance/healthcare industry
us insured have to pay for the fact that so many have to go to the ER because they can’t afford insurance (and they get sued for the money)
nearly 70% of Americans live paycheck to paycheck
even people with insurance are one catastrophic event from bankruptcy
in “the richest country in the world “
