MOST have already STARTED the move... and to the extent that they're NOT already gone... will ONLY be the final NAIL in NYC's coffin,,, which will be the FORMAL (hoping against hope that it doesn't happen) election of the Communist Mayor... BUT THEN?
BUT THEN... Look for at least 50% of what was Wall St. to be gone with in a few months of his election, and moved to either Dallas or Miami... AND, SO MUCH for NYC being the "Financial HUB of the World"... and turn into the DETROIT of the EAST !!
GOOD JOB "New Yorkers"... by the way... HOW do you do all the things Mandani SAID he was going to do... if 50+% of a cities tax base is GONE?

AMERICA, and AMERICANS, NEED to WAKE up… There is NOTHING “Democratic” about the CURRENT American “Democrat Party”! THEY are more an amalgamation of Totalitarian Marxists, Socialists, Communists, and Globalists… who are BENT on TAKING, and then KEEPING power... & where ultimately the American PEOPLE will have NO SAY AT ALL in how we are GOVERNED... and our "Democracy" will be DEAD!!

1) MANY of the Biggest "Financial" institutions are ALREADY set up in either Miami, or Dallas... THEY can pretty much... Finish work on Friday, Fire all their NY workers (or take them along), push a button, hop on a plane, and start trading from a Miami/Dallas Stock exchange on Monday...
2) Approx. 50% of the taxes collected by NYC, is collected from 1% of the population... WHAT happens when they're GONE?
3) MANY NYPD are ALREADY leaving and taking jobs ALL OVER the Nation... What will happen when there is no more effective NYPD?
4) MANY of the businesses that operate in NYC are, one way or another, dependent on the NY Financial system... WHAT happens when mot of it is GONE?
Simple answer... IT WON'T be GOOD !

The ONLY thing that could save NYC (and Mondani)... it that the "Mayor", really doesn't have much influence or POWER !
