The latest controversial comment by DJT is "entertaining 50 (fifty) year mortgages" for home purchases...
WTF would even entertain accepting those terms as a home buyer?

The concept of renting (never owning) isn't new... It's not something I would do for long.
I have a friend that sits on a mountain of cash while having rented for 25 years.
He laughs about my stories of yardwork or house maintenance.
I laugh at his shared walls and **** parking.
Of course, he doesn't brag or defend his lifestyle like our "resident" troll.

a colleague has a cabin his grandfather built on the Crow Wing River in northern MN...apparently the land is owned by Burlington Northern RR on a 99 yr lease...
