You're stuck on old school **** like using the price of food, housing, apparel, transportation, and medical care to assess how things are going - completely ignoring that we finally have a straight-shooter in the WH who will tell in plain english how things are going.Blackvegetable » 11 Nov 2025, 8:26 pm » wrote: ↑ Trump pushed back on Ingraham, saying that “all it means is you pay less per month.”

The concept of renting (never owning) isn't new... It's not something I would do for long.
I have a friend that sits on a mountain of cash while having rented for 25 years.
He laughs about my stories of yardwork or house maintenance.
I laugh at his shared walls and **** parking.
Of course, he doesn't brag or defend his lifestyle like our "resident" troll.

Your apartment building's common area has a pond next to it.
Quite impressive.

A condex is a type of housing, similar to a duplex, where two separate living units share a common wall, but each unit is owned independently. It is a combination of a "condominium" and a "duplex" and is often created by converting a duplex into separate condominiums, creating a two-unit condominium association. Owners are typically responsible for their individual unit and may share maintenance, insurance, and common areas like a yard or driveway.Blackvegetable » 12 Nov 2025, 12:27 pm » wrote: ↑ I love in a condex....it's different....and why it's worth more than yours and his put together..

So... you live in a duplex, but you pay a mortgage instead of rent?

Two days ago, a coon killed one of my roosters. Happily, it was only my backup rooster. He was a lazy **** and a good time charlie. I strongly suspect he was taken unawares - not defending a hen. But I could be wrong. He might have died well.
Last night, I caught that damned coon in a trap, using vanilla wafers for bait.
This morning, I dispatched that masked bandit and rooster killer to meet his reward.
