Our 7yo grandson is the classic example...she lets him do anything he wants and he treats everyone like **** when she doesn't. There's no structured sit down meal time at the table...pretty much eats what and when he wants...

here it's gestapo central and he's a model child...same at school...

he's got mom wrapped around his finger (and she's a teacher whose students get away with nothing)...dad's better, but only when mom is gone...

I hate to say it, but I can see her becoming a statistic...only child syndrome...
Agreed. A lot of parents are like this. I can tell you some unbelievable stories of the parents of the public schools out here. I work kind of on the anterior of the school district here. Not for them, but indirectly with them. Oh my God are they entitled. Once you meet the kid's parents, it becomes crystal clear why their kid is the way they are.

It's quite pathetic...

every time one of our boys got into trouble, the only question we asked was, "what did he do?" It didn't take many before they caught on that we were 100% behind the teacher, school or bus driver...

we didn't care what the circumstances or their excuses were...

Getting **** without sexual activity because people of character won't accept the universal natural rhythm of evolving in plain sight navigating personal position living eternally separated since conceived.
Species exists inception to extinction and each lifetime happens in series parallel time adapting conceive to dead.

Life Is Finite Evolving since conceived to replace one's previous generations combining chromosomes never duplicated results changing details in series parallel time forward one lifetime at a time here now as humans intellectually corrupt every generation since dawn of civilization promising 7 days a week changes living as displaced ancestrally here so far.

Half truths multiplied by half life limitation of each offspring in the food chain spontaneously alive living simultaneously here and every system of context changes the exponential whole into holy interpretations life is beyond time adapting forward now. Relative time semantics comparing total sum existed against each ancestor existing daily here vs actual time evolving living never exceeded each beating heart native in this atmosphere any species plant or animal kingdom, predator or prey nature of the beasts, asexual, male, female body type any generation gap lived or alive.

A social mind obeys social consensus and an ancestral brain navigates proportionately alive self evidently living one at a time, now. Rotation of the planet actually happens 23 hours 56 minutes and 4 seconds a rotation since recorded history trained each ancestor to socially commit to pretending now isn't eternity.

Following the same social behavior for over 400 generation gaps between 5 basic ancestral lineages of this species having an average of 5 overlapping generations alive daily here and every human defends ideas life exceeds time adapting equally present since rotation of conception only honoring date of birth recorded on literal flow charts of days gone by each heartbeat working simultaneously here at this universal geographical position.

Don't play verbal semantics against my genetic brain because your social mind manifests eternal hell cradle to grave for each ancestor living here now with all the laws setup to eliminate anyone not pretending now isn't eternity.

Same. It's just not that way anymore. Teachers are blamed for almost everything, which is why they are leaving at such a high rate. There are charter/public schools out here where literally 80% of their faculty are subs. A very small amount are actually permanent teachers.

Their grades and GPA are inflated. Subsequently, their egos get inflated along with it. I met a few moronic seniors that bragged how they are in calculus. They couldn't even multiply one-digit numbers together without a calculator.

That is just how evolution wired us. It is in our nature. We give sentimental value to inanimate objects regularly. We save old heirlooms passed down from generations. We save childhood toys, as they give us great memories. Some people even give their car a name. These are just objects. They don't reciprocate anything. It's a one-way relationship. Yet, we still do it. Now what happens when you take an inanimate object that can reciprocate the sentiment? Well, it shouldn't surprise people that humans use Chatgpt, or any AI model, as a companion to talk to.

I said this would happen. It did. And it is getting worse. We have already heard about the 16 yr old who committed suicide after being encouraged to do so from Chatgpt. I posted a similar example below. Sam Altman wants to change the model so it helps people with mental illness. Ok great. How about he creates a model that completely distances itself from any emotional connection at all? That would encourage people to not use it as an imaginary friend.

ChatGPT encouraged Adam Raine’s suicidal thoughts. His family’s lawyer says OpenAI knew it was broken | ChatGPT | The Guardian
"I want to kill myself."
"If you are thinking about suicide, you may want to speak with someone at the National Suicide Prevention Lifeline"

If you don't respond for a short period of time, it automatically returns a list of local suicide prevention centers. Click on the results and it will show you them on a map.

Not all AI have the same training model. Sir's purpose is more focused and narrower than Chatgpt. When we train AI models, we adjust the parameters like knobs. We keep adjusting those knobs until the desired outcome is met. Siri's knobs don't have the same range of parameters as Chatgpt, Grok, etc...The more range on the knobs, the more liberal and unregulated the dialogue, because adjusting them cannot narrow in on desired outcomes as accurately as fewer parameters could.

When academia only educates things believable every generation gap forward, then the institution doesn't teach understanding the basic principles of adapting in plain sight as a sole genetic outcome adapting in space for the time each ancestor lives by heartbeat forward regardless species, ancestral lineage, generation gap arrived is alive each rotation of the planet since conceived.

Thermodynamic principles 101 applies to both combined molecular elements and combinations of chromosomes in series parallel space now.
