Thinking of dumping the home, getting a livliehood on low rent (if that is possible, Mrs has standards) for two years. I have to find a new job anyway and I am in a town where Born By The Beltway is shunned.. Just like this dump treats me.
One guy pointed out that even though the value of our home is high, it's still is worth less than it was in 2008 adjusted for inflation. I really appreciate the perspective you bring here. It might help our wealth from depreciating into a vacuum.
