a professor is usually someone who possesses knowledge but in incapable of making a living with it outside the protective bubble of academia.

One day he told me that people with a college degree are smarter than people with out a degree. It's been my experience that people without a college degree do a lot more to improve the quality of life of people with a college degree than the other way around.
I'm the exception...I have a college degree, AND I'm wonderful and loveable.

If you want to know which states are "investable", look at gdp per capita and RE values....
