JUST IN: Bureau of Labor Statistics won’t publish October PPI inflation report
Is U.S. inflation really 3%? I don’t buy it.
Look at the categories people actually spend on:
•Auto insurance: +15–25% YoY
•Home insurance: +20–40% in many states
•Restaurant prices: +5–10% YoY
•Groceries: key items like beef, cereal, eggs still +5–15%
•Rent for new leases: +5–8%
•Car repair costs: +10–20%
•Utilities: +4–8%
If you weight these categories by real household spending, “felt inflation” is closer to 5–6%, not 3%. Price stickiness + insurance resets + services wages make MoM inflation feel like 0.4–0.5%, or ~5–6% annualized
People who say they don't feel inflation hard likely either don't have any money, or they are deliberately lying.

Prices are through the **** roof. Leaving out gas and eggs, I miss the Biden economy.
Do you miss the Biden era 401ks? Do you have one. My 401k in those 4 years of Biden may as well have averaged to a 0% return. My interest earnings this year? 19%.Cannonpointer » 08 Dec 2025, 9:53 pm » wrote: ↑ People who say they don't feel inflation hard likely either don't have any money, or they are deliberately lying.

Biden oversaw a 70%~ gain in SPX despite the 2022 bear market. You have to be seriously retarded to have a low return throughout those 4 years. Hopefully you didn't buy Cathie Wood stocks like TSLA, SQ (now XYZ), U, and other garbage at the top in December 2021 and then blame BidenSouthernFried » 09 Dec 2025, 2:05 am » wrote: ↑ Do you miss the Biden era 401ks? The 46th president of the United States is bringing his time at the White House to a close with the S&P 500 SPX up over 55% since he took office on Jan. 20, 2021. The Dow Jones Industrial Average DJIA advanced more than 39% over the same period, while the tech-heavy Nasdaq Composite COMP jumped nearly 46%, according to Dow Jones Market Data.LowIQTrash » 09 Dec 2025, 2:29 am » wrote: ↑ Biden oversaw a 70%~ gain in SPX despite the 2022 bear market. I cut of a piece at both ends and froze for later before I cooked it
I was shocked it cost that much
Funny tho....the Grocer advertised it as 30% off regular price...that would make it crazy high compared to last year
got a cattle panel pen set up....I could raise a calf but I could see it becoming like a family dog before it's over
I would be the guy who murdered joey the cow then and they wouldn't eat it
