Well he didn't have to buy their allegiance with a 1776$ dollar check. You are one of the blind veterans..  Most can see through the Agent Orange Haze. All of the stuff accomplished below has probably been DOGEd. 1.5 Million service people at 1700$ a head is 255 Billion.  Tariffs haven't brought in that much doofus!

The Biden administration has focused on expanding healthcare (PACT Act), reducing veteran homelessness (HUD-VASH, grants), improving economic security for families, addressing suicide prevention, and fighting fraud with initiatives like  no spam . Key actions include making millions eligible for burn pit exposure benefits, providing housing aid, and increasing mental health care access, though challenges remain, like the backlog in community care billing which led to relief efforts for veterans.
Healthcare & Benefits
  • PACT Act: Expanded VA healthcare eligibility for millions exposed to burn pits, Agent Orange, and other toxins, with over 500,000 veterans enrolling.
  • Mental Health: Launched the first federal lethal means safety campaign and provided no-cost care to at-risk veterans.
  • Specific Exposures: Expanded cancer coverage for veterans who served at Karshi-Khanabad Air Base.
Housing & Homelessness
  • Permanent Housing: Permanently housed nearly 48,000 veterans and awarded over $800 million in grants for those experiencing homelessness.
  • HUD-VASH: Increased income eligibility thresholds and adopted new income definitions to help more veterans access housing vouchers.
Economic & Family Support
  • Spousal/Caregiver Support: Signed an Executive Order to advance economic security for military spouses, caregivers, and survivors.
  • Fraud Prevention: Launched VSAFE.gov and a central hotline (833-38V-SAFE) for fraud reporting.
Challenges & Actions
  • Medical Bill Relief: The VA provided relief for over $272 million in backlogged community care copayments that accumulated due to technical issues.
  • no spam  Implementation: Continued expanding access to PACT Act benefits across all states.

Nate,  You are lost in the Agent Orange  Haze.

4 out of 10 Vets never approved of him and that is trending upward fast.  There are videos of vets totally pissed off and protesting.

Donald Trump generally enjoyed strong approval among U.S. military veterans, with polls in late 2024 showing about 61% of veterans supporting him, a trend consistent with 2016 and 2020 elections where roughly 60% voted for him. While younger veterans showed more divided views, older veterans, male veterans, and Republicans often gave higher approval ratings for his job performance and handling of veterans' issues compared to the general public, though some recent polls show shifts and differing opinions on specific aspects like VA trust scores.
Key Findings from Surveys:
  • 2024 Election (Pew Research): 61% of military/reserve voters supported Trump, versus 37% for Harris.
  • Approval Ratings (2018/2019): Surveys found around 54-57% of veterans approved of Trump's job performance and military leadership.
  • Gender Differences (2018): Female veterans showed lower approval (around 41%) compared to male veterans, while overall approval was 56%.
  • Partisan Divide: Support was very strong among Republican veterans (98%) but very low among Democratic veterans (10%).
  • VA Trust: Trust in the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) saw significant increases during his term, with some reports showing high satisfaction scores for outpatient care.
Nuances & Recent Trends:
  • Age Gap: Younger veterans often showed less enthusiasm and higher disapproval than older veterans.
  • Mixed Views on VA: While Trump claimed near-universal VA approval (92%), other data suggests more modest, though still positive, gains in trust during his tenure, with similar high scores under Biden.
  • Recent (2025) Data: A June 2025 poll indicated a narrow +4 favorability rating (+51% favorable, +47% unfavorable), suggesting potential shifts or increased division.
In summary, veterans have historically been a strong base for Trump, though recent data suggests a more complex picture with significant demographic differences, particularly by age and gender.

The U.S. has collected about $200–260 billion in tariff revenue during 2025
  • $200 billion+ collected in 2025: U.S. Customs and Border Protection reported record-breaking tariff revenue between January 20 and December 15, 2025.
  • $259 billion total through December 5, 2025: Independent analysis confirmed this figure  Image
