Oh, it pissed many of them off. I saw a black Tiktoker claiming how racist it was for Vance to say that. He said, and I am not kidding, this is what he said "so white people shouldn't apologize. Wow! Just wow! So, who is taking responsibility for their oppression toward us then if they aren't going to? I want my reparations."
