The media controls what comes across our faces. They have a duty to be truthful and accurate. Lies and deception can cause chaos, thus induce harm on others. We do not have full freedom of speech. For example, we cannot prank call 911, yell fire in a movie theater, or bomb in an airport. We can't just say "I have the right to free speech, so therefore that is permissible." No, actually it is not legally permissible. Those types of lies and deceptions cause panic and chaos. The media lies and deceives. When they push dishonest agendas, they are influencing human behavior that is meant to be hostile in nature. 

Why are they legally permitted to cause harm under the first amendment?

It's  hard to prove the media's omissions  are harmful.


They don't  decieve, they just don't  report reality. I watch all news, what one outlet discusses and another one doesn't is a big clue to the course of human events..

How can there possibly be enough space for a SECOND version of this idiocy?

It may be the final frontier...but space isn't infinite.

Fair enough.  I do appreciate  your checks and balances.  I do get borderline cuck in hopes for some kind of reconciliation..

This is not easy to navigate. The middle of the road doesn't  matter when it twists and turns like switchbacks on a peak..

Truthful and accurate about what? Socially engineered outcomes or natural algorithm of life changing population with each great great grandchild born one at a time living in a series parallel existence part of a universal environment proportionately alive since a personal fertilized cell. Even identical twice included. Cloning also part of this equation.
