GREAT... but MOST of the gerrymandering LAWS are controlled by the STATES, and the State Constitutions... SO, MISSOURI is NOT the same as Texas, which is NOT the same as Virginia...  AND, EACH STATE needs to follow their OWN LAW !!  ...
