I'm moving on to the next subject now. Apparently that lovable drug addled gasbag, Rush Limbaugh has accused the families of the Sandy Hook shooting victims, of being 'human shields' for the Democrats. Ah, those compassionate Conservatives. Reminds me of the time that Ann Coulter called the 9/11 widows the 'Witches of East Brunswick' and said that she'd 'never seen people enjoying their husbands' deaths so much'. I guess when a solider's mother or grieving families exercise their 1st Amendment rights, they're less than human to wingnuts like that. I don't necessarily agree with the way Rush said it, but he's kinda right. Anytime any politician parades victims out to win support for their side, I have a real issue with that. These poor people don't even know their being exploited sometimes. Granted, some really believe they are there for a good reason, but I think politicians are sickening when they do that crap. As far as Coulter goes, some of the widows used that money to the fullest and came back for more. Grouping everyone into the same boat though isn't right either. The problem is the bad few stand out. I've never understood why millions of dollars per family was necessary for the 9-11 victims. Maybe it's me. Same thing with Trayvon Martin's parents. Why do they need anything besides burial costs for their child? It's a very sore spot for me when someone exploits death or the victims' families.
