This man is about to take an oath swearing to uphold the Constitution, which he apparently knows nothing about.
The SCOTUS has twice ruled that flag burning is protected under the First Amendment and they have also ruled (Trop v. Dulles) that taking away someone's citizenship even after they have committed a crime as serious as desertion, is a violation of the Eighth Amendment.
