I think it was more than a tenth.

And FYI he also installed a secret internet connection into his office at the Pentagon even though it was forbidden.
An internet connection implemented in secret like that would not have the same protections from hackers that a known connection would have.
You know, kind of like a private server.

Flynn routinely broke rules that he felt were 'stupid.'
So he's not exactly squeaky clean and is the last person who should be shouting, "lock her up."
