There's just one problem...the CIA has not revealed any evidence to Congress...in fact they were scheduled to brief Congress and now they have cancelled that briefing.

Members of Congress were briefed by a group of U.S. intelligence officials as far back as August of 2015.

And on October 7th of this year the Office Of The Director of National Intelligence (ODNI) & the Dept. of Homeland Security put out a joint statement on the hacking.
