I hope liberals here will finally acknowledge that the economy's come back since the Clinton recession that greeted Bush's entrance into office. Yes, I will call it the Bush boom. Hey Puss? How did that Bush boom work out for ya? I have never in my life met someone so obnoxious, who claims to know everything about everything, and has been so consistently wrong. Hey moonbat, unemployment fell to 4.5% or so, below what most economists thought was possible. Yes, there was a boom for a few years. Do you have amnesia or something? And as most astute observers state, including reporters for the NYTimes, the Financial Freeze was primarily caused by Democrat-dominated Freddy Mac and Democrat-coerced Subprime mortgages. Even Barney Frank admitted this. Further, Democrats and one Republican obstructed Bush's many attempts to reform Fannie Mae, which would have prevented most of the problem. Bush's Fed policy played an important secondary role. Unless maybe when you said 'boom' you meant like an explosion. Remember how in early 2008 I predicted a financial meltdown and you said: Any idiot could see that Bush's home ownership policy created a huge housing bubble, and all bubbles eventually burst. "Any idiot?" Almost no one predicted it, liar. "Bush's home ownership?" Democrats almost entirely own that policy and have for many decades, liar.
