During a commercial break of Morning Joe this morning, Mika Brzezinski got on the phone with Donald Trump, seeking a clarification of his tweet yesterday in which the Pres.-elect wrote: the U.S. “must greatly strengthen and expand its nuclear capability.”
After the break, Mika reported what Trump told her: “Let it be an arms race because we will outmatch them at every pass and outlast them all.”
