The CEO of ExxonMobil Rex Tillerson said that he 'does not recall' anything about his company using a European subsidiary (Infineum) in order to circumvent sanctions on Iran.
You think he might have done that BEFORE the hearing.
It does seem to be kind of an important subject.

In 2006, ExxonMobil responded to a request from the SEC, outlining business its European subsidiary, Infineum, conducted in Iran in previous years.
Despite being President and Director for part of that time, the Secretary of State nominee Rex Tillerson said he did not remember the circumstances at his confirmation hearing.
