There absolutely was context in that he approached women he thought would be receptive, based on their body language, conversation, etc.
This was a woman that he did not know and he was talking about the fact that he might just walk up to her and start kissing her.

What in her 'body language' or her 'conversation' could have made Trump believe that she was receptive to a total stranger walking up to her and just start kissing her?
